2025 Financial Audit: We will review the 2025 financial audit with the corporation's Treasurer.
Owner Q&A Session: Please come ask questions and put your concerns on the public record.
Quorum & Proxies – We Need You!
We must have at least 25% of the 85 units (22 units) represented to make this a legitimate, legally binding AGM. Live, in-person attendance is strongly encouraged.
However, if you cannot attend in person, it is absolutely critical that you fill out a proxy form so your vote counts toward our quorum.
You may also submit questions in advance via our community WhatsApp group, and the Board will present them to Management and the auditor for answers.
