Meeting Agenda & Highlights

• Board Elections: When the previous Board resigned last September, the current members stepped up and were "acclaimed" (automatically appointed because there were just enough volunteers to fill the empty seats). We now need to hold a formal community vote to re-elect the Board. The current Board will share a brief update on their work so far.

• 2024 Financial Audit: We will review the past-due 2024 financial audit with the corporation's auditor.

• Owner Q&A Session: We know owners have major concerns regarding the costs of the sewage and window/door projects. Please come ask questions and put your concerns on the public record.

Call for Board Candidates 

If you would like to run for the Board, please submit your candidate profile/bio to management@wncc49.com by March 2, 2026, so we can include it in the formal meeting package that will be sent out shortly after.

Quorum & Proxies – We Need You!

We must have at least 25% of the 85 units (22 units) represented to make this a legitimate, legally binding AGM. Live, in-person attendance is strongly encouraged. 

However, if you cannot attend in person, it is absolutely critical that you fill out a proxy form so your vote counts toward our quorum. 

You may also submit questions in advance via our community WhatsApp group, and the Board will present them to Management and the auditor for answers.
